Implementation / FAQ

Resolve the dependencies.

Is CRM or API access included by default?

No. CRM integration and API access are optional and available at additional cost. The scope, permissions, provider dependencies, and implementation effort must be confirmed for the selected setup.

What should an integration brief include?

Describe the existing tools, required account workflows, reporting needs, expected scale, and testing criteria. Do not include passwords, API secrets, or client records in the brief.

Can we connect an existing CRM?

We can discuss the existing CRM and its requirements. Feasibility depends on the system interfaces, MT5 permissions, vendor support, and the agreed implementation scope.

How do we check that the connection works?

Agree test accounts, expected responses, duplicate-request handling, report reconciliation, and failure procedures. Validate these in an agreed test environment before enabling production access.
