Forex company formation: legal inputs to the launch plan.
Formation produces artefacts other workstreams depend on: an entity, a registered office, a bank account and possibly a licence. Place it on the critical path early.

Outputs that other work needs
Payment providers, liquidity partners and platform providers ask for entity documents, ownership records and sometimes licence evidence. Map which partner requires which document and when.
Critical path
Jurisdiction decision, incorporation, banking and licensing can overlap, but banking often gates the rest. Start it first and record dependencies in your project plan. Use the jurisdiction table to choose.

Controls
Keep a clean register of owners and directors, minutes and policies. Missing records are a common cause of delay in banking and licence reviews.
Document control
Store certificates, registers, agreements and policies in a controlled repository with versioning and access logs. Index them by the partner or regulator that will ask for them. Good document control shortens every future due-diligence request.
Critical path example
Choose jurisdiction, incorporate, open bank account, apply for licence, onboard PSP, connect liquidity, launch. Mark dependencies and expected durations with ranges. Track slippage weekly and adjust launch dates accordingly.
Questions we hear
Which comes first, company or platform?
They can run in parallel. Check each provider’s prerequisites.
Can a licence be guaranteed?
No. Regulators decide, so plan with margin.
