Limits
The calculations are simple percentages. The tool does not apply jurisdiction-specific tax rules, so verify totals before use.
Records and numbering
Use sequential invoice numbers, store PDFs with the related scope document and reconcile against payments monthly. Consistent records reduce errors and simplify audits.
Reconciliation tip
Match each invoice to a quote line and a payment reference. Keep a simple register with number, client, amount, date and status. Reconciliation takes minutes when records are consistent.
