Forex White Label Turnkey as a component inventory.
Turnkey describes a delivery model, not a single product. Treat it as a bill of components with defined interfaces, owners and acceptance tests.

The inventory
Platform configuration, CRM, client website and portal, payment routes, liquidity bridge, hosting and support. Any component missing from the written inventory should be treated as out of scope until added.
Interfaces
Each pair of components exchanges data: CRM to platform, portal to CRM, payments to CRM, bridge to platform. List each interface, its direction, its owner and its failure behaviour.

Gray label comparison
A gray label narrows the platform boundary and shortens the path. White label widens control and responsibility. Choose by required capability and operating capacity.
Handover package
Request a handover package containing the component list, interface diagrams, configuration notes, credentials ownership, test results and support contacts. A good handover lets a new engineer understand the system without relying on memory.
Interface inventory example
CRM to platform: account creation, balance operations. Website to CRM: registration. Payments to CRM: deposit confirmation. Bridge to platform: prices and orders. For each, record protocol, owner, authentication and failure behaviour. The inventory exposes gaps early.
Questions we hear
How should turnkey timelines be read?
As a dependency chain. Ask which steps block others and who owns each.
Does turnkey include licensing?
No. Regulatory permission is a separate input.
