MT5 gray label setups as configuration profiles.
Think of each listed setup as a configuration profile. Its fields define limits and context that will constrain the rest of your stack, so read them as inputs, not marketing.

Fields as constraints
Monthly price sets the platform baseline. Jurisdiction and target market define the entity context. Incorporation year describes entity age. Client capacity is a hard limit that will bound your onboarding plan.
Two different capacity numbers
Most profiles show up to 500 clients. The Prop Ready profile shows a 7,000-client Demo group; that is a demo-account allowance and not a live-account limit. Request the live limit as a separate, written value.

Dependencies not shown
The table does not show CRM, Manager API access, liquidity or payments. Those are optional and quoted separately, so list them as explicit dependencies before comparing totals.
Turning profiles into a design decision
Create a table with the five profiles as columns and your requirements as rows: client volume, markets, integrations, support hours and exit terms. Mark each cell as met, unmet or unknown. Resolve unknowns in writing before choosing, and keep the table as a record of the decision.
Example requirements table
Rows: expected clients in year one, target markets, required integrations, support hours, exit conditions. Columns: each profile. Fill with met, unmet or unknown, and attach evidence for each cell. The table turns a marketing comparison into an engineering decision record.

Questions we hear
Do the profiles include a Manager API?
Not by default. CRM and API access are optional and priced separately, subject to scope.
Can a profile be changed later?
Changes are a migration or change request with its own scope. Agree the path before you start.
