Forex Manager API for CRM: an integration specification.
The Forex Manager API for CRM connects your CRM to the MT5 platform’s management functions. Specify it like any production interface: scope, security, behaviour under failure and proof it works.

Scope and permissions
List each workflow (create account, change group, balance operation, read trades) and the minimum permission each needs. Prefer least privilege. Record who owns credentials and how they are rotated and revoked.
Behaviour under failure
Define timeouts, retries and idempotency for balance operations so a retry cannot apply twice. Decide how partial failures surface to staff and how they are reconciled.

Verification
Test on a non-production environment: success paths, duplicates, invalid input, loss of connectivity and permission denial. Add monitoring and alerts before production. See the CRM architecture page.
Change control for the integration
Handle changes through versioned requirements, test environments and approvals. Document each change with its rollback. Notify stakeholders before releases that touch balance operations or account provisioning.
Idempotency in practice
Give every balance operation a unique request identifier. On retry, the system checks whether the identifier was already applied. This prevents double credits when a network error occurs after the platform has already acted. Test it deliberately.
Questions we hear
Is the API included in the gray label profile?
Not by default. It is optional and subject to your setup’s scope.
Can it serve a prop firm CRM?
It can support rule-driven provisioning if permitted. Specify the rules as testable conditions.
